The recent system does not cover anything that I really need, it punishes people with a healthy lifestyle. Someone like me (no drugs, no smoking, little alcohol) get nothing out of the health insurance.
People using alternative medicine, as chiropractors, acupuncture, mineral and herbal supplements, basically anything but big pharmacy traditional medications and surgery, have to pay full price. This is very unfair.
Basic needs like eyeglasses, contact lenses, hearing aids and dental should also be included.

If the cigarette tax is supposed to deter people from smoking, why aren’t they using any of the revenue from the tax to provide low income people that use the public health system with smoking cessation aids to help them quit?
If they truly wanted people to quit, wouldn’t it make sense to provide those that can’t afford $137 a month on chantix or $50 on patches or gum those products to help them quit?
Are they truly interested in helping people quit or is this just a money grab from people with an addiction?

I do get lymphatic drainage massages but I have a lot of congestion and, no, I do not have an infection or, if I do, it’s something really chronic and not noticeable. I suspect that I have some sort of nutritional imbalance, I lack something that the lymphatic system needs to work properly. Any suggestions?

I believe holistic clinics as our forefront could aid us in the cost of health care. In other words preventive medicine clinics aid us in our health and the medical clinics would be free to assist the more argent needs of our people. This would cut down on minor health problems in the emergency rooms and clinics. The upside would be our people would become aware of future illness and how to care for themselves before it became a major issue. Plus we would become more insightful to our own health care and better educated. Yes, our education systems do not truly assist us thoroughly in these matters.
