Can Anyone Recommend Any Nutritional Supplements That Help Clean Out The Lymphatic System? Herbs Or Minerals?

I do get lymphatic drainage massages but I have a lot of congestion and, no, I do not have an infection or, if I do, it’s something really chronic and not noticeable. I suspect that I have some sort of nutritional imbalance, I lack something that the lymphatic system needs to work properly. Any suggestions?
